LEPE Lab: Strategic AI: Enhancing Team Productivity in Experiential Learning

Join us as we wrap up our summer LEPE Lab Series: AI in EL with a discussion and working session on how AI can enhance team productivity and serve as an expert resource in this resource constrained environment. 

First, Charlie Farhoodi, Senior Director of the Magelli Office of Experiential Learning at the University of Illinois will lay out some key considerations to take into account when strategically approaching what and how AI can be useful in operations. He'll share some concepts Illinois is working on, both from a business development and program management angle.  

Then, participants will be split into focused groups to work through some of their own initial productivity enhancing ideas or share any other early successes so far. The objective is for everyone to leave with some takeaways and potential improvement opportunities for their own programs.
